❝Our third stay in this wonderful house. Great location and a very well appointed house. All elements of our stay have been a joy. We love the outdoors, so next to the sea, on the South West Coastal Path is ideal. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. We will be back.

The boathouse is the most beautiful property nestled away with its own beach. Homely and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. Our family stayed for a very important birthday and couldn't have had a better time. The only way I can describe this property is that it is incredibly special!! Will definitely return.

❝The Boathouse is an absolute delight and a joy to return to such a luxurious well appointed and cared for property after a day spent sightseeing at The Lizard or Falmouth maybe, both within easy reach - or visiting local villages and secluded coves. The location is on the coastal path and the scenery can soon become beautifully rugged, inland the villages, like Helford, are just a treat to the eye, nestled on the banks of the river ! With the sound of waves lapping on the shoreline and views to die for, this is truly a gem of a property in a location to die for !

Just to say thank you and let you know that we had the most wonderful weekend in your fabulous house! What an amazing place and so beautifully decorated and kitted out, you had thought of everything. The children especially loved being so close to the water and spent ages in their kayaks just messing about, it really was magical. In fact, we all loved our stay so much I wondered whether it might be possible to book for the same weekend next year?

❝Just returned from a fabulous week in the Boathouse with family/ friends. What a great place to stay. Directly on the waters edge with great views out over the bay we had so much to see & do just outside the front door. We followed the coastal paths in both directions, walked out around the headlands at low tide & walked across to the other side of the creek without getting our feet wet. Lots of places within easy distance - Lands End, Lizard, Minack Theatre. Accommodation was great - very well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge with wood burner and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommended.

❝The Boathouse is an amazing place, with a wonderful view over the sea and the beach below. The house is very spacious and comfortable with exceptional attention to detail. Two dishwashers was quite a talking point and very useful. We stayed as a family party of adults and young children and all loved the place. There are plenty of places to visit not too far away, but we actually spent most of our the time relaxing, enjoying the view and rock pooling on the beach with the children. Now working out how soon we can get back there.
