FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor is a large open plan sitting room with double doors
looking out over the creek and beyond out to sea. In the corner is a woodburner
to keep cosy on those winter evenings. The double doors lead out onto
a large decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining. At high
tide the water will be but a few feet away!
Leading off the sitting room is the 30 foot kitchen/dining room which also faces the sea and has lovely views. Also on the first floor is the study and two master bedrooms with their respective ensuite bathrooms. This means that the house is well suited to couples as the downstairs bedrooms may be closed off and the first floor acts as a spacious two bedroom apartment.

GROUND FLOOR
Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a larger
bedroom with twin beds and a set of bunk beds and another twin bedroom.
This twin bedroom is on the garden side of the house whilst the other
two bedrooms face the sea and you can fall asleep to the sound of gentle
waves lapping on the shore. The large shower room with its metre square
shower is for the 4 bed room and the garden twin bed room to share.
On the ground floor there is also a small bunk bedroom.
The wetroom and loo are just opposite this bedroom.
Overlooking the lovely garden is a 30 foot games/TV room with large flatscreen
TV, DVD and lots of books and toys. It has underfloor heating and a woodburner
to keep you cosy on winter evenings! As it faces west the evening sun
floods through the 2 sets of huge French doors overlooking the patio which
is lovely in both summer and winter.
There are two entrances to the house; the wetroom with 2 showers for wet sandy people coming off the beach where they can take off and hang up their wetsuits in the warmth! The wetroom has underfloor heating ideal for drying out wetsuits in the summer and wet and muddy wellies in the winter. The second entrance is for dry people(!) and leads to a carpeted hallway and the rest of the accommodation. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer. Next to the laundry room and off the wet room is a loo.

OUTSIDE
Wrapped around the front of the house leading off the sitting room and the kitchen (on the first floor) is the large deck which faces the sea. There is an all weather chaise longue where one can relax to the sound of the waves as well as a table and chairs to dine on.
To the side of the house on the ground floor there is some more decking and a table and chairs seating 12. Again this faces the sea.
To the back of the house facing west and overlooking the garden is a lovely large patio area with another table and chairs that seat 12. There is also a large gas BBQ, a hammock and a ping pong table.
